Turom Referral Program Terms

1. Strict Invite-Only Participation

Important: No Retroactive Applications. You must enter a valid referral code at the exact time of account creation. If you sign up without entering a referral code, you are permanently barred from retroactively joining that campaign. Our support team cannot manually attribute referral codes to your account after registration.

All Turom campaigns operate on a strict invite-only basis. A campaign only becomes available to you if you receive and utilize a valid referral code or invite link from an existing Turom Ambassador or participating user.

2. Defining a "Successful Referral"

Simply inviting a friend to download the Turom app or create an account does not guarantee a reward. To ensure the integrity of our platform, a referral is only marked as a "Successful Referral" when the invited user (the "Referee") completes specific qualifying actions required by that active campaign.

Depending on the campaign, these qualifying actions may include, but are not limited to:

• Verification: Activating an account with a valid organization or university email (e.g., student domain matching).
• Engagement Milestones: Creating, saving, or publishing at least one complete travel itinerary.
• Content Contribution: Successfully uploading a travel reel or interacting with platform tools.

Intermediate steps (such as merely verifying an email) may grant the Referee a joining bonus, but the Referrer will only receive their reward once the final milestone (e.g., Itinerary Creation) is successfully logged by our systems.

3. Ambassador Tiers & Reward Structures

• Turom runs tiered campaigns designed to reward our most active ambassadors. As you accrue "Successful Referrals," you may unlock escalating reward tiers.
• Rewards are calculated periodically and issued sequentially as milestones are reached.
• The specific reward amounts or platform incentives are governed by the campaign details displayed in your user dashboard at the time of your participation.
• Any user attempting to game the tiered system via synthetic accounts will be permanently banned.

4. Global Wallet & Payout Process

Earnings from all active campaigns accumulate into a single Global Wallet attached to your Turom profile.

Withdrawal Requests

When your Available Balance reaches the designated minimum withdrawal threshold set by the platform, you may submit a Withdrawal Request. By submitting a request, you agree to the following workflow:

• Manual Review: For security and anti-fraud purposes, all withdrawal requests are queued and manually reviewed by Turom administrators. Please allow 10-15 business days for approval and disbursement.
• Payment Details: You are required to provide valid payout details (e.g., a valid UPI ID or external payment link). This data is securely persisted to your user profile metadata for future transactions.
• Accuracy: You are solely responsible for providing accurate payout information. Turom is not liable for funds disbursed to an incorrect account due to user error.

5. Campaign Limits, Urgency, and Expiration

• Turom reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate any referral campaign at any time without prior notice.
• Campaigns may display urgency metrics (e.g., "Only 3 days left") or be subject to a strict maximum participant limit. Once a campaign reaches its participant cap or expiration date, no further rewards will be issued for new sign-ups under that specific code, even if the code is still in circulation.

6. Fraud, Abuse, and Clawbacks

Turom actively monitors referral activity for fraudulent patterns. We reserve the right to suspend accounts, revoke Global Wallet balances, or cancel pending withdrawals if we detect:

• Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts controlled by the same user).
• Use of bots, temporary email addresses, or scripted actions to simulate "Successful Referrals."
• Spamming referral links on public coupon sites or in ways that violate third-party platform rules.

If rewards have already been disbursed for referrals later deemed fraudulent, Turom reserves the right to deduct those amounts from your future earnings (clawbacks) or seek recovery.

7. Privacy & Data Handling

By participating in the Referral Program, you consent to Turom processing your activity data to evaluate campaign milestones. Furthermore, you consent to Turom capturing and storing your provided payment details (such as UPI IDs) exclusively for the purpose of processing reward disbursements, in accordance with our overarching Privacy Policy.
