All travel bookings are subject to availability and third-party provider terms. Payments must be made using accepted methods and currencies. Turom uses secure third-party processors and does not store card details.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the respective third-party provider. Turom is not liable for cancellations, changes, or disruptions outside its control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and technology used in our Services are owned or licensed by Turom. You may not reproduce or distribute our intellectual property without prior written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you share but grant Turom a global, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for operating the Services.

We respect your privacy. Our collection and use of personal data is outlined in our Privacy Policy. Additionally, AI services of Turom are experimental and any data sent to it is manually and/or automatically processed to improve the quality of services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Turom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
